App license

Read Apple’s Standard EULA. Its license and applicable App Store usage rules govern your use of the iOS app. Nothing on this page excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Educational use

CCS Orbit uses simulated patients for education and examination preparation. It is not medical advice, a clinical decision-support service or a substitute for current clinical guidance, professional supervision or judgment. Do not use it to diagnose or treat a real patient or enter real patient information.

Cases simplify clinical care, and training scores reflect the app’s teaching rubric. They do not reproduce official scoring or guarantee examination performance. CCS Orbit is not affiliated with or endorsed by USMLE, NBME or FSMB.

Orbit Plus purchases

Three cases are free. The Orbit Plus Exam Pass costs US$34.99 and provides 60 days of full access from the date of purchase. It is a one-time purchase, expires after 60 days and does not renew automatically.

Orbit Plus lifetime access costs US$59.99. It is a one-time non-consumable purchase with no expiry and no automatic renewal. Both paid options unlock the same Orbit Plus features.

The App Store purchase sheet shows regional pricing, applicable taxes and terms before you confirm payment. Apple handles billing and refund requests under its applicable policies.

Use Restore Purchases with the Apple account used for an eligible purchase. Restoring an Exam Pass does not restart its 60-day access period. Restoring purchased access does not restore study history stored only on a device.

Privacy and support

Read the privacy policy for how information is handled. Report an issue or ask about your access at support@ccsorbit.com. Include your app version and a description of the issue, without patient information.
